This definitly was an "older" property. They were doing some renovation while I was there.

It was a well run property and well maintained. The "penthouse" was a nice loft style unit with the capacity to sleep 6 people. The two main drawbacks are 1.) that the parking is kind of tight when there are lots of guests, and you can not park very close to some of the units. and 2.) the penthouse units have alot of steps. You have a stair well to go up to the second story to enter the unit and then you have a very steep stairwell up to the loft on the second floor of the unit.

Benefits are this unit has two full bathrooms, the full size kitchen and office area. The breakfast was nice each morning, but the seating area does tend to be crowded. Staff was friendly and efficient. Easy access to I 40 and High Point road.
