You might have a shot at the 1hr transit NH-CO, but you'd have to have no checked in luggage, and your NH flight would have to arrive bang on time with no holdups in the air, etc.

NH and CO are both in T2 NRT so if your NH flight arrives on schedule and if you reach the transit desk fast enough, you probably have a reasonable shot at it.

However, if you were going to try that, I would make sure you are able to take the next flight out (i.e. check any fare conditions etc) if you miss the 1hr connection.

I'm not so sure all the extra hours of travel and risk of a misconnect is worth the New Style C - if it was something more dramatic like choosing between Super Style C and New Style F, then sure - but I'm not so sure about NS C. I'd probably just save myself the hassle and go SFO-NRT C myself, if it involves that much extra time and hassle.
