Make that EQMs and you might get a few takers! Realistically, giving EQMs for that sort of promotion might work quite well, because you're allowing someone to rationalize a solution that works for both a selfish (attaining status yourself) and selfless (giving something to somebody else) desire.

Could be that UA ought to fine-tune this a bit. Or could be that they'll get all the takers they need for the 5K RDMs.
