who is having their first first class experience that helps me to remember that first class should be a better experience than any other cabin on that airplane.

AAFA, that is a great way to look at it. We usually fly AA in Coach but sometimes J or F and I think that AAttitude ought to apply to all the cabins. Otherwise, that WRight Amendment and WN will continue to rape AA.

I say that as a passenger of AA for 30 years who thinks AA still does a good job.

My stance is that First Class is about the seat but not only about the seat. There should be more attentive service and a better cabin experience than coach. One of the ways this can be accomplished is to bring back the curtain to give it some semblance,

I hope this remains. I was very happy with a recent flight JFK-LHR on an AA 777.
Flew coach on the outbound and returned in First on the inbound. And yes, the Coach and First experiences were great.

I continue to AA b/c I expect friendly helpful staff in all the cabins, just a larger "rental" and maybe some chow up front.

personally, I think people expect too much
