I am having a lot of difficulty trying to have my ticket issued by Ist-Air. I made a booking MRS-NOU back in September using their Live Help service and paid for it in full, as the ticket was to be issued very shortly after, or so they had told me. Despite several e-mails from me, I have not heard from them since then and am really starting to worry. Is this a standard procedure for a US travel agency (I live in France)? It is true that the trip is scheduled in late July and that they have plenty of time to issue the ticket, but usually tickets are in the mail as soon as they are paid for in full. What should I do?
