Sounds extremely tasty! My last Singapore fix was in November, and we tried the Sin Huat Eating House this time. Some people say this place is overrated and expensive, but it was one of the best meals of my life - conch, frogs legs, garlic prawns, greens, and crab bee hoon. No Signboard is definately most excellent too.
