It happened because sometimes I'm a cheapa$$, (ok, manytimes I am)
Most times I feel I get what I pay for and every once in awhile I get far more than I paid for. Sometimes however as in the case with the Normandie I get far less. Oh well, C'est la vie. At least the sheets/pillow were clean.
BTW, valet was $15 and self park was $10.
