One of the most important things is that the court said, that each segment is a seperate " WERKSVERTRAG".
With this in mind, it should work.

I can confirm that I did exactly this, and my following flights where not canceled ! The construction was a litle bit other, but it was an ex Libya fare entered in Germany! attention !!!
I recommend nobody to do that !!! Only if you are prepared that you end up with a law suit !!!
