Am I the only one who thinks, at least procedure wise, this is about the stupidest display of no-common-sense that was recorded in our forum for quite some time?

Generally, a suspect device should not be moved unless absolutely necessary, due to the chance of detonation. Disrupting in place is usually preferred. The disruption is targeted at the power source and can seperate it from any explosives without causing detonation.

As far as number five (six): That is insane.
