My guess: Looks like a classic "time out" situation.
UA now puts up a "please wait" page before displaying results. = Zzzzzzzz.

In side-by-side comparison on 2 PCs, MT can query my family's 19 various accts and be finished & waiting before the UA page comes up.

Fortunately, our UA numbers haven't changed since July
