I will be in Barcelona for three days in July prior to leaving on a cruise. I have never been to Spain and do not speak Spanish. My spouse and I will mostly want to experience the museums and architecture of the City. I have heard very good things about The Arts (R-C) Hotel, and would like to know your opinions on whether it is worth the expense, if the club level is worth the upgrade, or if there is some other property you would recommend. Any thoughts will be appreciated.
