Thanks all for your replies.
Seems like YYZ is not an option as there is no availability so it will probably be out of NY
Now that where2now has checked the flights for me, and come up with another suggestion of SQ, I have another option to think about....

So what is SQ Business Class like compared to LH?
Would BMI happily book me on an SQ flight?
And I assume the FRA-LHR would be with BMI or LH?
