Just to comment about your questions concerning HKG... HKG has been part of the BA/QF JSA since 2004.

If you do a search on the QF forum, you will find a thread where I answered this including a link to some Qantas / BA releases stating that HKG was a JSA port in addition to SIN and BKK.
