I've flown AC and UA business classes (J and C) and actually prefer AC in some ways. They definitely have AVOD which is a big plus. There's lots of room, the lounges are great (not an issue if you're *G probably) and you don't have to change. That's a HUGE one for me. Changing in FRA would add extra hours and an extra chance for problems like missed connections to the mix.
