First they limited their telephone operator service form 24/7 to 9 to 6 mon-fri.
Then they eliminated the possibility to book oneworld fglights in their web site.
Until recently I could make changes in award reservations over the phone and if I had a paper ticket, I would have it reissued at the airport at the time of the flight and pay the penalty at that time. Not any more, now you have to go to one of their office to make the change in the reservation. To far from one of their offices?, n ot enought time to go to one?, maybe you might not get a seat by the time you manage to get to one?, that is YOUR problem, this is the answer you will get from their representatives over the phone.
