Yes, I have. I was in Jordan, Egypt, Israel 2 years ago - 10 days.
I have flight to Amman, bus to Petra (about 4 hours), next bus to Aquaba,
ferry to Nuweiba (Egypt - about 6 hours) and bus from Nuweiba to Sharm El Sheik (you can also consider - Dahab - nice city). I have spent 4 days in Egypt and return through Israel. No problem on borders, good bus transport, only ferry was delayed 5 hours.
