Could'nt the same be said for attorneys? A few bad ones have ruined the reputation of the many good ones out there. I think the term brokers is incorrect. The ones I have used are legitimate travel agents. They buy $1,000 in miles, sell a $5,000 first class ticket to Europe for $2500.
