Just flew JNB to Zurich on Swiss last week after flying to Nairobi from LHR on BA. Thus, I am able to compare both experiences. No major complaints with Club World and was lucky enougt to get upperdeck seating on that flight. Food was fairly good, but not consistent. As you might imagine, BA Club World seat was far superior to Swiss' lie-flat seat. Had two flight attendants on the upper deck, one of whom was a bit surly, whereas the other was very nice. On Swiss, food and flight attendants were far superior to BA. In-flight entertainment was on-demand (versus BA which does not have on-demand) and there was a good selection of programs. My main complaint about Swiss is their business class seat which they advertise as "lie-flat" . It really is not flat, but set at an angle which makes you feel like you're going to slide down (don't know what they were thinking when they designed it!!). Also, once seat is fully opened, it's hard to stretch out fully (especially if you're 6"4 like me) because of the seat in front. I actually moved to a bulkhead seat which somewhat alleviated this problem. Good luck!
