My last UA flight from ORD to LHR in F was like that. Sat in the Int'l F lounge enjoying the peace & quiet. We were encouraged to wait to board until most of the rest of the plane had boarded.

This, I think, is practical on Int'l flights but less so on busy crowded domestic flights were F is not much better than economy.
