I'm doing a trip in April flying back from Chicago to Manchester using miles, and as I was unable to go direct on BMI in C I decided to go with UA F via LHR. However, the LHR-MAN trip is currently waitlisted and was told to call back 24-48 hours later to confirm the booking, and was thinking about changing it to LH F and go via FRA.
Considering that I'm not bothered about the possible extra time involved, what would people recommend? Would I be able to use the first class terminal when landing in FRA?
