Yes your mileage and costs are correct, LH offers New business class on FRA-YYZ angled flat seats, avod, and infight web, flown it a number of times good product. Seats and IFE had lots of bugs when first introduced these seem to be more reliable now.
As for AC dont know have not flown with them for years from what I have seen elsewhere they have an old product and are cuting back on the frills.
