Interesting info but I don't think it would help / influence my colleague since the flights need to be booked through corporate travel so the bonuses would not be applicable.

Personally I would prefer AC over WestJet since it can get me status usable for my personal travel too but it is interesting to see it from someone else's perspective. But then this person redeemed 50K points for a YYZ-MCO-YYZ Y award ticket so she is definitely not a FTer .
