Hey, if DL can sell them, more power to them. Upgrades are for seats that would otherwise go unsold.

FWIW, I'm holding 2x full Y not yet upgraded with seats available on the seatmap. Frankly I have better upgrade luck with T fares on less-than-full flights than I do with Y on a prime time business route.
