I'd still prefer the current UA C seats with modernized IFE and further improved service offerings anytime.
I am OK with the recline of the C seats, but wish that they could ge tthe footrest up another 6 inches or so. I am always propping pillows, blankets, inflatable neckrests, etc. on there to get my feet a bit hier. There is indeed room to to do.
But if they could put in the NZ/VS product, I suspect that a lot of people would be happy.
Better inflight entertainment an better pillows and blankets would be the only hardware changes i would make. I would certainly try to spruce up the food and wine a bit
