SMS told me this morning there were six FC seats available on my H fare flight into Denver on Wednesday, but when she requested the upgrade, it didn't clear. She couldn't tell me why.

Now, she double checked and the upgrade window is now 72 hours for GM, which I am already inside of.

Am I missing something (most likely)? Any ideas?
