When I fly internationally the upgradeable fares (Y, B, M) are way more expensive than some of the cheaper fares that I can't justify the difference. I have six Plat upgrade certs that will expire in January :-(

What are some of the cheapest M-fares you have come across? Also, are there any restrictions on the M-fares such as SAT night stay etc.
