Gleff's da man when it comes to BBN, but I've followed his lead and can echo what he says. It was worth the points to me!
I wouldn't worry about the shade. If you value your skin, you'll be in the shade plenty. And if I remember correctly, I had 108 and it was perfect! View of the sunset from the balcony, sun in the afternoon (I usually prefer shade in the afternoon).
