This thread is timely; I'm about to call USAirways and try to book two biz class awards to Hong Kong with a stop over in Singapore. Obviously I'd prefer Singapore airlines with this itinerary, but should I also consider other options? Is ANA just as good? I know to avoid taking a UA flight, for example. What about Thai? If I choose the other airlines will I have more success if I chose their hub (ie BKK, etc) as the stopover city?
