just had a chat tonight with a friend of mine. He was recentely on the TAO-PVG flight with 3 hours delay and somehow he got also a compensation of 400 RMB. Can anyone else confirm this figure? It seems to be the standard compensation amount for Air China regardless how many hours they delay (I would say 3+ hours)
