Thats related to the fact that your flights SQ025/026 were coming from/going to the US which means the C section of Terminal 1 in FRA. No LH SEN lounge anywhere close by in that part of the terminal therefore UA RCC.

Back to the OT. If you can't get LH FRA-SIN and use the F terminal in FRA then I would seriously consider getting the whole FRA-SIN-FRA portion on SQ in F. No need to fly LH F SIN-FRA if you can get a seat on SQ. LH F is nice but SQ F is certainly better. If you want to try LH F then feel free to go for it otherwise choose the superior experience on SQ.
