Dmak, I sympathise, but we've all had many luggage "incidents" -misplaced,
missed connections, lost, etc. ( i probably fill out that stupid form at least 4 times a year). What I'm trying to get at is why AC will not do anything to get your bags in your hand, so that you can control your own destiny, when they cancel a flight.
