If the bar has a view of the tarmac or even the runways, that's a major plus.

However, since you're asking for specific examples, there are two that come to mind, both of them in Singapore:

Changi Airport has both a pool and a rooftop garden which make for a novel way to kill some time. They've also got good city tours, but you need a layover of 6 hours plus for that, I think.

Once, I've done it "downtown-style", just bought a six-pack of beer from the duty-free, enjoying it at the gate! nothing special in munich.
