I flew SQ on a fully paid F JFK-FRA-SIN last year, and at FRA all F passengers were escorted via little carts to the UA F lounge between flights. We were not given access to the LH F lounge, and the UA F lounge we were taken to is very small and cramped. Nothing special about it, some chairs, tv's and the usual assortment of beverages that you'd find in an airport any lounge anywhere.
