Not a very "customer service" airline. But then, I think WN is one of the last to be "customer friendly" to every pax. I wonder why? Although I find WN is becoming less customer friendly, and my gess, they will loose money in the future... there seems to be some tie to customer satisfaction and profits... but I don't know what it is
