The 3-day unlimited MTR starts when you ride the MTR for the first time. You can use the AE ride after the 3-day expires. No problem.

The Kowloon AE station is in the middle of nowhere. You need a shuttle or taxi to get to the Sheraton or any hotel in Tsimshatsui.
