When I booked recently over the phone, the agent told me they would waive the $50 change fee if we needed to make a change to the ticket within the first 24 hours.
After that there was a change fee. I think once you book and pay for a ticket that is non-refundable, that's it.
We did however get our Cancun tickets totally refunded after the Hurricane from Alaska Air. I thought that was nice.
