You might get lucky but I sincerely doubt it
Here two recent examples
a) I had some miles post on Weds 1/11 after crossing the threshold ( for flight on Friday 1/6) the upgrades posted this morning ( Friday 1/13) so it took 2 or 3 days working days for the miles to post depending on how you look at it and two days more for the upgrades to show up.

b) The miles for my flights for Weds 1/11 have not posted yet if they do tomorrow you are looking at about 4 to 5 days from flight to sticker posting.

Added to the above your return is on a weekend I am pretty sure AA does not post miles on Sun am ( and possibly Sat am)
Buy some they arent that expensive
