Ireland is no-smoking in all work places- basically all public places. You won't see or smell smoking at all now. Though as Fox Trot mentions, you will see everyone having a cigarette outside.

Any good pubs you suggest in your travels? I'm thinking of going St. Patrick's Day, or is that the worst time to go?
