Does it really matter? I pay for plenty of F travel, and if the elites in coach wanna scooch in and get to their seat, so be it...especially if they are in coach, they aren't taking up any of my bin space. And even when they call for F and GS boarding only, premiers and other group 1ers still jump in and i've never seen them called out on it, it would just create a bigger mess since they are already there, 10min prior to boarding typically lining up, and there's never a 15 min proceeding announcement to warn of a "F and GS" initial boarding to assuage the 10min lineup. The system isn't perfect, but it's hardly anything to get upset over. Part of frequent flying is becoming "jaded" at the need to "get on first" as opposed to the other restless less frequent flyers.
