It all depends on where you fly. I fly out of PHL, but over half of my routes are now on RJs anyway. If all you have is coach you might as well get all the bonus mileage you can get. It hurts to walk past first class on the mainline flights, but I will try and start routing a few trips to pick up United mainline service.
