We're discussing upgrades from E(+ or -) to F. E+ is not, strictly speaking, a separate cabin and almost always the term "upgrade" on FlyerTalk refers to F or C.
The idea of selling GMs access to an E+ seat is new, and I don't think we're all comfortable calling that an upgrade.
