Strange thing is... I get the ITA fare on Orbitz (plus their service charge). I've clicked through to the purchase page so it doesn't seem to be one of those infamous Orbitz bait and switch fares.
They may be so, but Orbitz is still pricing this incorrectly, assuming it is the same fares as ITA is spitting out. If they let you purchase it, go for it. It is possible that Lh will pick up on it, but unlikely. Even if they did, it would be Orbitz' fault, not yours.
