No, not expected for a while. I believe they still have to demolish the airside part of Terminal 2E and I haven't seen any action there yet. Yes, DL operates out of 2E as do some AF flights. Check-in is conducted in the front part (not affected by the collapse) of 2E and the gates area is a make-shift structure attached to 2E. Gates E70-77 (where the ATL and CVG flights leave from) is within this area though the a/c are parked on the nearby tarmac; it's a short bus ride from the gate to these a/c. Gates E80-87 (for DL flights to JFK and BOM/MAA) is a VERY remote area (with its own duty-free and AF lounge) reached by bus after 10-15 minutes.
