When united.com or a UA agent pulls up this fare, the automatic fare calculation adds in a YQ surcharge which is the LH fuel surcharge. In this case, it seems ITA is incorrect, but united.com & the UA agents are correct. I guess it had to happen sometime.

Strange thing is... I get the ITA fare on Orbitz (plus their service charge). I've clicked through to the purchase page so it doesn't seem to be one of those infamous Orbitz bait and switch fares.
