Surely not -

Miles: 100k for Club to USA and 25k for MFU WT+ to NCW, only 25% of the cost.

On Business: 9000 points for upgrade WT+ to NCW is 50% of the cost of a club ticket (18000 points).

If it was equivalent it would only be 4500 points to upgrade WT+ to NCW.
