Caesars / Paris Best rate Guarantee
Has anyone used the Caesars Entertainment Best Rate Guarantee? This is where they guarantee they have the best rates on their website, or else they will give you the room at a 25% discount to the better rate.

I was wondering whether anyone knows how long it takes for them to get back to you? And do they get back to you via email?
