This is incorrect. They should expire at the end of December 2006.
I do recommend any F/Ter with an OnBusiness account to check their statement and to inform them accordingly if the same mistake has occurred.
I just got the same email and wondered how all these points are about to expire.

But I can't seem to access the account, it says not available until February.

Out of interest, how long do the points remain valid for?
