There were no charges added, it was slightly under $250
Interesting....I tried, unsuccessfully, to do a zero cost stay with the coupons. The site always returned the taxes/fees as charges, regardless of how cheap the room was.

My understanding is that the coupon was a one time deal and went away after Dec 31. No changes; no resurections or reapplications. Of course, YMMV
