A judge would.... all this ridiculous talk of people "suing" which obviously won't happen.... but if this would get to court, a judge could say it was reasonable to believe $500 was not an error and make AC honour the reservations under the contract of carriage. However I don't think any judge would rule that it would be reasonable to believe that $35 was NOT an error..
