Aren't exit rows usually part of E+?

Sorry, was going on your response to the OP and assumed he/she meant all E+ seats--didn't get a chance to see the article. If it explicitly stated that, of course, it was wrong. Was the story about airlines trying to maximize revenue? If so, then while the specific reference about exit row seating was incorrect, the thesis would seem to be accurate. No excuse, tho.
